Transforming Mental Health Through

WIN.

What is WIN?

At WHTW Mentoring, WIN stands for Wonder, Implement, and Nourish — three core pillars that shape our mission to empower young people holistically. We encourage them to wonder — to dream, explore their identity, and envision what’s possible beyond their current circumstances. We then help them implement — turning ideas and aspirations into actionable steps through practical guidance, mindset development, and skill-building. Finally, we nourish — fostering emotional, mental, and personal growth so that each young person can thrive with confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self. Through this WIN approach, WHTW is committed to supporting the next generation in becoming their best selves — whole, capable, and inspired.

School Partnerships & Pastoral Collaboration

At WHTW Mentoring, we believe that young people thrive best when the adults supporting them are working together. That’s why collaboration with schools is a core part of our holistic mentoring approach.

When home, school, and mentoring are aligned, meaningful and lasting growth becomes possible.

Meet the founder

Hey there! I’m Ife Suggett, the proud founder of WHTW Mentoring! With a degree in Therapeutic Psychology and 5 years of experience in pastoral care, I’ve dedicated my life to supporting young people as they navigate their personal and emotional challenges. My own eight-year journey with mental health ignited my passion for this, highlighting the power of self-belief and the right support. Through WHTW, I aim to create a safe space where young people can discover their true selves, build unshakeable confidence and truly WIN!
