WIN in schools - Half term (6-8 weeks)
Empowering Young Leaders
Service Description
The WIN Programme is a structured six-week in-school mentoring intervention designed to build confidence, emotional resilience and self-awareness in young people. Content is tailored by age group: Ages 10–12/13: Supporting transition into secondary school, strengthening communication skills, developing conflict resolution strategies and building early self-confidence. Ages 13–16: Managing exam stress, strengthening self-identity, improving confidence and navigating peer relationships in a healthy way. Ages 17–19: Preparing for the real world — building independence, emotional intelligence, decision-making skills and future readiness. This short-term programme provides practical tools and safe discussion spaces that empower students to grow, reflect and truly WIN from within.
