Service Description
WIN Programme – 10–12 Weeks (Full Term) The full-term WIN Programme offers a deeper, more transformational mentoring journey delivered over 10–12 weeks within schools. Grounded in the holistic ethos of WHTW, the programme develops emotional wellbeing, identity, confidence and resilience through structured sessions, reflective activities and practical strategies. Age-specific focus includes: 10–12/13: Confident transition to secondary school, communication mastery, friendship management and emotional regulation. 13–16: Exam pressure management, identity formation, confidence building and healthy relationship awareness. 17–19: Real-world preparation — mindset development, accountability, life skills, purpose exploration and future planning. The extended format allows for deeper self-development, measurable progress and sustainable impact — equipping young people not just to succeed academically, but to WIN in life.
Cancellation Policy
The WIN Programme, delivered by WHTW Mentoring, is a structured in-school mentoring programme designed to support students’ confidence, emotional wellbeing, identity, behaviour and personal development. Schools may book either: • Half-Term Programme: 6 weekly sessions • Full-Term Programme: 10–12 weekly sessions. By booking WIN, schools agree to the following: 1. Programme Delivery WIN is delivered weekly to groups of up to 20 students. Sessions are interactive and age-appropriate, focusing on self-esteem, communication, emotional regulation, identity development, resilience and positive decision-making. The full-term option allows for deeper mentoring, reinforced learning and measurable progress. 2. Booking & Payment Submission of a completed booking form confirms commitment to the full programme fee. Payment must be made in full or via a pre-agreed instalment plan. Fees are non-refundable once the programme begins. 3. Attendance & Group Size Schools are responsible for selecting suitable students and supporting consistent attendance. Groups must not exceed 20 students without agreement. Missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled. 4. School Responsibilities Schools must provide a safe, quiet room, a designated staff contact and ensure a staff member remains on-site for safeguarding. WHTW Mentoring does not supervise outside sessions. 5. Behaviour Expectations Students must participate respectfully. Mentors may remove students whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive. Serious or repeated issues may result in removal. Fees remain payable. 6. Safeguarding & Confidentiality WHTW follows UK safeguarding legislation. Student disclosures are confidential unless a safeguarding concern arises, which will be reported to the school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead. 7. Programme Structure & Reporting Both options include baseline assessment, structured sessions and an end-of-programme summary. Content may be adapted for group needs. Sessions cancelled by WHTW will be rescheduled at no extra cost. 8. Data & Cancellations Attendance and safeguarding notes are stored securely in line with GDPR. Schools cancelling before the first session must give 5 working days’ notice. Once started, cancellations are non-refundable. 9. Agreement Booking the WIN Programme confirms acceptance of this policy and commitment to the full selected programme duration.
